Mayra graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a major in Accounting. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. She is very passionate about assisting customers with their insurance needs. Mayra enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

El Paso, TX is Roman’s hometown. He is bilingual and licensed in Property & Casualty. Roman has years of experience in building relationships through great customer service and is committed to providing it to the people in his community. He understands the value of great Insurance coverage and the tranquility of mind it provides. He is an avid reader and spends most of his free time with family and friends.

Llancy is a bilingual UTEP alumni, graduated in 2022 with a major in Marketing and has been working in the customer service industry since she is 17 years old. Through her years of experience and former education she has learned the effect that great customer service has for consumer's experience and how it can lead to long term relationships. Llancy loves creativity for both arts and problem solving and enjoys going out and create new experiences.

Sebastian is a highly motivated individual who recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business from UTEP, accompanied by a minor in Marketing. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Sebastian possesses exceptional communication skills, enabling him to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
