"Been a state farm customer for over three decades; Annette Haverly took great care of me for the first two; have received poor service afterwards and went i changed to Miguel serrato about 5 years ago and he said he could take care of me. When he was in his previous office service was great but on his new address 3800 n. Mesa there is little to no service. When rates increase I was always called ahead of time to explain the changes; he no longer provides this service. He no longer is available."
